You’re in the right place…

If sleep is feeling really unsustainable right now, you are not alone. Maybe you started co-sleeping or feeding to sleep simply to make sure everyone was getting the rest they needed. And let me guess, you love the contact naps and the closeness of co-sleeping, but you're also realizing that it no longer feels sustainable long-term and things are starting to feel really hard.

You know your child isn't getting the restorative sleep they need, and you're having a hard time getting through your days in a sleep-deprived state.

You want to teach your child to sleep in their own sleep space, but you want to do it in a way where they still feel held, supported, and comforted throughout the process. The idea of cry-it-out feels overwhelming to you. And maybe you've already tried crib-side settling or other sleep approaches, only to feel like nothing is truly working.

We see you. Many of the families we work with come to us in exactly this place. Exhausted, overwhelmed, and wanting a gentler, more supported path forward.

The problem isn’t that your child can’t learn independent sleep. It’s that most sleep approaches ask for independence before your child is truly prepared for it.

How our method is different….

The sleep world is often split into two extremes, with cry-it-out on one side and attachment-led approaches on the other. Tiny Stars Sleep is intentionally positioned in the middle, where sleep can be both gentle and effective. We use the Nurtured Sleep Approach, created by Tiny Stars Sleep and developed through working with over 850 families.

We keep this process gentle by first establishing a strong sleep foundation, where we look at all elements of your child’s sleep. We also unhook any habits that may be acting as obstacles, standing in the way of your child learning independent sleep smoothly.

Once your child is ready, we begin teaching independent sleep with you present in the room the entire time. You stay close, offering both verbal and physical support as your child learns a new skill. You won’t leave the room until they’re starting to master their independent sleep skills.

While this approach is much gentler than traditional sleep training methods, some tears are normal as your child adjusts to change and learns a new way of falling asleep. The course also includes clear backup plans so you always know how to proceed if things feel harder than expected.

All the information you need in one place…

Before starting the rest of this process, we build a strong sleep foundation to support both current sleep and long-term success. In this unit, we focus on schedules, routines, and the key elements that set your child up for better sleep now and in the future.

Unit 4 - Taking Sleep Into The Future

What people are saying…

“Night 1, my daughter slept 8 hours straight!”

“Her gentle approach to sleep training encouraged positive habits for my daughter’s sleep, while still being comfortable for both me and my husband”

“I have a 2 year old and a 6 month old and I love that this course provides me with information on both ages”

This course is for you if…

  • You started contact naps or co-sleeping, by preference or while in survival mode, but now if feels unsustainable and you’re ready to have your child sleep in their own sleep space, so your whole family can get the sleep they need.

  • You’re ready to move away from feeding your child to sleep so another parent or caregiver can also complete sleep routines.

  • You desire to teach your child the skill of independent sleep but you can’t handle the thought of leaving your child alone to “cry it out”.

  • You’re ready to make a change to your child’s sleep but you feel exhausted and overwhelmed by the overload of contradictory information found online.

  • You long for more predictability and no longer want to dread bedtime because you’re unsure of how your child will sleep from night to night.

  • You wish you could spend less time getting your child to sleep and more time with your spouse or other children.

Welcome

I’m Lauren, a certified sleep coach and the owner of Tiny Stars Sleep. I live on the west coast of Canada with my husband and our two children.

I became a sleep consultant over five years ago after having my children and quickly realizing that children don’t just “sleep.” Like many parents, I went searching for answers and found so much conflicting information online, most of it pointing toward leaving your child to cry it out, which didn’t feel right for me.

That experience is what led me to create a different approach, one that supports meaningful, lasting changes in sleep without leaving children to cry it out. After supporting over 850 families, I’ve seen time and time again how my method improves a child’s sleep while also making a huge difference in a parent’s day-to-day life.

What If You Started Today?

What If You Started Today?

Imagine starting today and, within the next week, seeing your child begin to sleep longer stretches overnight, fall asleep independently, and settle in their own sleep space. How would life feel if you didn’t wake up feeling exhausted each day?

Every night of disrupted sleep leads to another day of sleep deprivation for both you and your child. When sleep struggles continue for weeks or months, that deprivation starts to accumulate and impact the entire family. Sleep is incredibly important for a child’s development. Deep sleep is when your child’s body releases growth hormone, supporting tissue repair, immune health, and muscle recovery. During REM sleep, their brain turns experiences into long-term memory, building skills, processing the day, and supporting overall development.

Many families hope their child will simply grow out of their sleep challenges. Sometimes they do, but often those same struggles continue well into toddlerhood. There’s a reason we regularly work with toddlers who are still relying on the same sleep habits they developed as babies.

Change doesn’t have to be a “rip-the-band-aid-off” approach. It can come from a place of connection, comfort, and co-regulation. Let’s make changes to your child’s sleep in a way that feels good, so your family doesn’t have to stay stuck in a sleep-deprived cycle.

Your questions about the Infant Sleep Simplified course…

  • At Tiny Stars Sleep we start with a strong focus on preparing a child to learn independent sleep, instead of simply jumping into the independent sleep process. Because of this, our process is often much more successful than other methods.

  • Although our approach is much gentler than other sleep training methods, some crying can be normal as your child adjusts to change, as crying is how they communicate with you. However, you will never be asked to leave your child without support. Throughout the process, you will remain present and able to provide comfort as needed. The course also includes clear backup plans for times when things feel more challenging.

  • In most cases, it takes 3–5 days to gently remove the habits and associations that are standing in the way of independent sleep, followed by 3–4 days of teaching the skill itself. This is why many families begin to see meaningful changes in sleep within 7–14 days.

  • If you get stuck while implementing the course and need additional support, we offer a 45-minute “Ask Me Anything” call to help guide you through any challenges. If you’d like more hands-on support, you can also upgrade to a 1:1 coaching package by paying the difference in investment between the course and the coaching package.

  • After your one-time purchase, you’ll gain immediate, lifetime access.

  • Every child is different, and this course is designed to be customized to your child’s unique needs and temperament. This process has supported over 850 families with great success because it focuses on what your child needs and meets them where they are at.

The Infant Sleep Simplified Course is the next best thing to having a sleep consultant in your pocket, for a fraction of the cost. It gives you everything you need to transform your child’s sleep, helping you move from fragmented nights to longer stretches of overnight sleep, independent sleep, and more predictable naps.
