Let’s work together to teach your child independent sleep skills.

Join Lauren, certified sleep consultant and owner of Tiny Stars Sleep, on February 24th, 2023, from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm PST for a virtual sleep workshop. This workshop is for families who would like to use gentle sleep training methods to teach their children how to fall asleep independently, sleep 11-12 hours overnight and take long, restorative naps. This workshop is full of tools and resources to set your child up for sleep success!

This workshop is specifically designed for babies 10 months - 24 months old.

Although this workshop is different than Tiny Stars Sleep’s 1:1 sleep coaching packages, our goal is to set you up with the information you need to teach your child to fall asleep independently, sleep 11-12 hours overnight and take long, restorative naps.

After you sign up for the workshop, you’ll receive an email with a link to a Zoom Meeting.

Lauren, certified sleep consultant and owner of Tiny Stars Sleep, will be giving a 90-minute presentation with all the same information we give our 1:1 clients. Following this 90-minute presentation, there will be a 30-minute Q&A. Ask your sleep questions and Lauren will answer them for you!

This workshop is the perfect option for families who are looking for a more affordable option while still wanting to set their baby up for sleep success!
