Our approach combines the flexibility of a self-paced course with personalized support from a certified sleep consultant. We take a holistic approach, looking beyond just bedtime routines to address every element of your child’s routine. Within 14 days, your family will begin seeing meaningful changes in your child’s sleep, including longer naps, 10-12 hour nights, and independent sleep skills, all with a routine that feels comfortable and sustainable for your family. By supporting the full picture of your child’s routine, we help you lay a strong foundation for better sleep now and long into the future.
